Excellent choice in Dubai Marina. Positive: Quiet and comfortable, well furnished and everything you need for a comfortable apartment stay. Great location at the mall, excellent pool and facilities. Staff were excellent and immediately responsive if needed. Negative: Bed was a little hard, but that is just a personal preference.

По моей просьбе помыть Positive: Я уже останавливалась в этом здании, но в другой квартире, поэтому решила вернутся сюда. В следующий раз буду пытаться опять забронировать в этом здании. Особенно мне нравится выход в Марина Молл сразу из здания. Negative: Не было достаточно кухонных принадлежностей в частности маленькой кастрюли, тк все 3 кастрюли были огромные. Мне пришлось купить самой и оставить там хоть я и была всего на 2 дня.

The stay was affected by serious hygiene and maintenance issues that were never properly resolved. Positive: The location Negative: Unfortunately, my experience at this property was far below expectations. From the very beginning, the check-in process was problematic: the key was not provided upon arrival, and we had to wait and communicate only through messages. When we reached the apartment door, we already saw a cockroach, and upon entering, there was a strong smell of mold. Inside the apartment, there were also small damp flies. The apartment showed a clear lack of maintenance: the carpet and curtains had visible stains, and the iron provided was rusted and unusable. All of these issues were reported to the host on the first evening. Although I was promised that a cleaner would come and that the situation would be resolved, this never happened. The only action taken was the delivery of a new iron, without addressing the hygiene problems. I contacted Booking.com immediately, but no effective solution or intervention was provided during my stay. I remained in the apartment only because I was told the issues would be resolved, which did not happen. Overall, the conditions were unacceptable, and the experience was disappointing. I would not recommend this property.
